I went to dinner with my father and brother tonight at Zen Buffet. The food was not too bad. All you can eat seafood, sushi, chicken wings etc. My dad can eat! He ate more than my brother and I combined! As some of you may know my parents are divorced. Towards the end of dinner, my dad started tearing up.

It’s been a while since I have expressed myself fully and I have got to say that it really breaks my heart to see my father cry. I know what’s done is done and we cannot go back to the way it used to be. I understand and accept that. It’s just I really wish that both my parents could just move on and just live their lives and be healthy & happy. That’s all I ask for. I am not asking for much. I pray everyday that he will take better care of himself.

Why is it that we go on with life with the past always on your mind? Why can’t we move on and just live life to the fullest? I know it is easier said than done. The human mind is a crazy instrument. We cannot control our emotions sometimes nor can we forget certain things we want to forget. All I can say is that we need to enjoy life today and be thankful for what we have now and plan for the future. Accept yourself; love yourself before loving others. Keeping our mind positive and our body healthy and it will make life a lot easier and better in the long run.

By keeping your mind positive and feeding positive energy, I think it will only help you and others. Sometimes when you are around people who gives/feeds you bad energy, it will only put you in a bad mood. Well that’s how it is for me. The only way to deal with this is to just not let them phase you and put you in a bad mood. I have just learned to do that recently. In the past, it has put me in a bad mood and made me feed negative energy. It is true to say that this negative energy is like a domino effect.

I must say that Rocky is a key to my happiness! He is one bundle of joy that will always keep me a positive minded person. Meet him and you will see….

That is all I have to say for now….
