So I’m driving home from Camarillo and my mom and I see smoke from ahead. Turns out that there was a car that had a flat tire but did not realize it. I then see a rim/hub cap flying across the fwy and bounced. hehe

As part of the Energy Policy Act, signed into law by President George W. Bush on August 8, 2005, Daylight Saving Time (DST) is changing in 2007.
As a result, in 2007 DST will begin on the second Sunday in March (Mar. 11, 2007) and will end the first Sunday in November (Nov. 4, 2007), adding four weeks of additional daylight.
